OFFICE MANAGER

Requirements for applicants:

  • Higher, incomplete higher education or secondary technical education

  • Desire to develop oneself in a professional field

  • Mandatory skills in working with a computer, all office programs and office equipment

  • Good knowledge of the Latvian language

  • Ability to communicate in Russian and English (when communicating with foreign clients)

  • Self-initiative and creativity, good persuasion and communication skills

  • A category B driver's license is desirable

  • Experience in organizing personnel documents and working with invoices/contracts

Main job duties:

  • Performing daily office duties

  • Maintaining feedback with clients

  • Organizing personnel documents for two closely related companies

  • Employee care (work clothes, health checks, birthday and name day reminders)

  • Processing invoices and contracts

  • Monitoring the State Procurement System (EIS) and submitting documents

  • Maintaining the website and making necessary changes

  • Additional incentive bonuses for supporting management in performing various tasks
